In the event of inclement weather that would render unsafe conditions and the tournament is canceled, you have two options:

1.) Convert all money paid as a donation to Operation Parent or
2.) Receive a partial credit toward the 2025 tournament.  

*The tournament is a scramble format with foursomes. Individual players will be paired to form complete teams.

Operation Parent is an IRS-certified 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, Tax ID 20-3857612. Under IRS guidelines, $90.00 per player is non-deductible. The remaining balance may be considered a tax-deductible donation to the extent of the law.
